Arrivals from UK (with Ryan Air) *
Arrivals from Italy afternoon or 21st morning (by car or train) *

Thursday 21st of March
Launch party: starting at lunch (special Umbrian feast), interviews, live music,house wine: participate in the kitchen work with Alessio, Valeria and Allegro
Friday 22nd- Saturday 23rd
Participate in projects / soak up life at Monestevole:
· Team Meeting
· Prepare vegetable garden with Giovanni
· Work on Terra Cruda tool shed (adobe) with Sara and Angelo
Sunday 24th
Day trip to Gubbio
Monday 25th-Friday 29th
Participate in projects / enjoy life at Monestevole:
· Team Meeting
· Begin work on ‘field of chairs’ with Alessio & Brad
· Continue work on vegetable garden with Giovanni
· Continue work on Terra Cruda tool shed (adobe) with Sara and Angelo
30th-31st: Eastern Sunday weekend. Lamb feast.
April 1st: Departure or decide you aren’t quite ready to leave…
Terms of Monestevole launch competition
· Competition February 1st and closes midnight February 28th 2013
· You must be a tribe member to be eligible to win an invite
· Referrals take place through JOIN - remind your friends to put your name in the “How did you hear?” field
· Top 10 referrers in the month of February will receive two invites (one for themselves + one for a friend) for 20th-25th March or Easter weekend 27th March- 1st April or an off-peak season* 3 day weekend
· Members who earn 5 referrals or more will automatically receive one invite to a free 3 day-weekend in off peak season*
· Invites include accommodation, food and activities
· Invites do not include travel to and from Perugia and transport to Monestevole
