DEFINITION OF TERMS
“Kutoa Service” – all Kutoa websites, mobile applications, and services.
“Users” – all persons, companies, or entities that search or visit the Kutoa Service.
“Member Businesses” – all businesses of any type accepted by Kutoa that are listed on the Kutoa Service.
“Personal Information” – any information recorded in any form about an identified individual, or an individual whose identity may be inferred from the information, including the name, email address, mailing address, telephone number, billing and account information, and other information conveyed in the course of usage.
PRIVACY POLICY
Kutoa only collects Personal Information for use by Kutoa and does not share Personal Information with third parties. Kutoa uses Personal Information only for its own legitimate business purposes, including but not limited to understanding its User demographic, distributing information to Users, and inviting Users to participate in special offers. Kutoa only collects Personal Information as necessary to provide products and services to Users. Kutoa employs physical, administrative, and technical safeguards to help protect the confidentiality and integrity of Personal Information.
Kutoa reserves the right to change and update this Privacy Policy. Users agree that only the current Privacy Policy applies.
INFORMATION TO THIRD PARTIES
Any information you provide to Member Businesses falls under the policies and practices of that Member Business and is not subject to the protections or limitations of Kutoa’s Privacy Policy.
PAYMENT INFORMATION
Any payment information collected by Kutoa from Users or Member Businesses is collected using secure mechanisms. Kutoa does not solicit payment information using non-secure or unsolicited email or telephone communication.
OPTING-OUT
Users may opt-out or unsubscribe from any Kutoa Service, function, or communication by emailing Kutoa or by using the “Contact Us” link on the Kutoa Service.
NON-PERSONAL INFORMATION
Kutoa may collect non-personal information through the Kutoa Service, such as cookies, pixel tags, and other metrics. Such information is not Personal Information because it is not personally identifiable and therefore falls outside the scope of the Privacy Policy.
EXCEPTIONS TO PRIVACY POLICY
Kutoa may be forced by law, subpoena, warrant, court order, or exigent circumstance to disclose Personal Information outside of the normal limits of its Privacy Policy.
